    I don't know why but literally every time I have been in the Mosman store over the last year or so about 5-6 times I have been rudely ignored by staff. Not once have I been acknowledged by way of a hello, may I help you, anything. I have even taken a friend in with me to see if we are acknowledged and the same thing happened. The icing on the cake was this morning, I was the only customer in the store and the male shop assistant looked at me amp then looked away. I took my time looking all around the store, he even walked right past me and didn't even acknowledge me. I was absolutely floored. How ignorant and rude. I have found the customer service at this store absolutely appalling and I will never set foot back in that store.
